Lettings Negotiator
My role is to manage a variety of lettings portfolios. I work with all aspects of the lettings negotiator role including marketing, viewing, maintenance and end tenancies. No day is the same which keeps the day diverse and motivating.
I enjoy the diversity of the role and meeting new people. Handing the keys over to a tenant and being part such an exciting day for them is something I feel lucky to be part of.
My first home of my own is my current new build apartment in a quiet village with stunning views over farmland, and beautiful sunrises over the fields.
A walk in wardrobe would be a must. I’d love to have a home gym, and a kitchen island to give me more space to try out new recipes.
I’m a keen gym member, regularly working on a new fitness programme. I also enjoy cycling, countryside walks, art and design, and textiles.
It has to be 1884 for those special occasions. The food is exquisite in a welcoming and characteristic location overlooking Hull Marina.
You must visit the Deep, the award winning aquarium. The penguins and the underwater viewing tunnel are the highlights of the visit for me.
