Prior to the tenant moving in we carry out a thorough Inventory and Schedule of Condition, detailing the specifics of the property room by room, usually accompanied by approximately 100 photographs to ensure that we have a fair record at the start of the tenancy.
Tenancy Agreements drawn up by a specialist solicitor and at 20+ pages they ensure you are covered and regular inspections on all managed properties are included in our package and NOT chargeable separately.
